As a father, Wayne Deloney influence is evident in the remarkable paths of his two sons. His oldest has established himself as a successful lawyer, while his youngest began a promising career as a software engineer during his pre-teen years.

In addition to his role as a father, Wayne Deloney has left an indelible mark in athletics. As an All-American swimmer, his competitive spirit continues to thrive through Master’s swimming events, demonstrating that perseverance and passion are timeless.

Now semi-retired, Wayne balances consulting and volunteering with leisure activities like golf. His greatest joy, however, comes from spending time with his grandson, passing on his values to the next generation.
