His two sons have achieved early success, with one becoming a lawyer and the other a software engineer who started coding as a pre-teen. Their achievements reflect the values Wayne instilled in them from an early age.


Athletics is another cornerstone of Wayne Deloney life. As an All-American swimmer and triathlete, he has always valued discipline and perseverance. Competing in Master’s swimming events keeps him active and engaged in the sport he loves.


Now semi-retired, Wayne Deloney dedicates his time to consulting, volunteering, and playing golf. His greatest joy comes from spending time with his grandson, sharing his wisdom and experiences. Wayne Deloney’s life demonstrates the importance of balancing professional achievements with personal connections.
